Leopard

I've been running Leopard since oct, 26th (Yes, I was @AppleStore Roma Est - Hallo Bebo and the other guys :-) ).
What should I say?
Besides the necessary indexing time (I had something like 2 TB in hd space :-) ) here's what I think.
At the first look, I kind of hated the new folders design. Then, I started appreciating it (??? tell you later on). The new finder windows are missing Pictures, Movies and Music shortcut on the left side... boys I was used to it... (So I just dropped them there again :-) )... Then, the stack... if the folder you have in the dock contains subfolders, you are not able to navigate them... isn't it a little absurd? My application folder HAS A LOT of subfolders (Adobe, Macromedia - yes I still use some MM soft - and just the Utility folder, as an example...) and so in order to launch an app, I have to click on the stack and then open the folder... (pretty much time...) You could say...: why your app is not in the dock, yet... Correct... But... The (different) thing is... How many apps do you have on your mac? I can count more than 80... ;-)
Again some perplexity in the wi-fi setup: If Apple deicides to do one great thing (no password type selection, such as wep, etc... the OS does it by itself: great!) why is not mentioned there? Hm...
Some Icons (such as SysPrefs) changed... hmmm... then...
ok I am writing like I am mad at Cupertino...

Boys NO!!!

Leopard is G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!!!

QuickLook is something you will never be able to work without again, CoverFlow with files is just marvellous (thoug some usability must be enhanced), Spaces is really useful (mostly with laptops)
The new Finder is so relaxing and helps you thinking correctly (I'll explane this in one next post), Safari is special and... well, I'll be more precise next time... I am in an Internet point right now with my laptop...
Cheers dudes...

See ya next time.

Think(Labs)Different ;-)
